Shipfolder Licence
Version 1.1 of these terms, for Shipfolder 1.1.0.
In these terms, "the seller" means the seller from whom you bought Shipfolder on Gumroad. "The kit" means the Shipfolder files you received: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SVG images, documentation and the QA script. "You" means the person who bought the Solo licence, or the organisation that bought the Team licence.
Who may use the kit
- Solo licence: one person.
- Team licence: up to 5 people in one organisation.
What you may do
- Use the kit to make any number of websites, for yourself, your organisation or your clients.
- Change the kit in any way inside those websites.
- Publish the websites and use them commercially. Anyone can see a website's code in their browser; that is fine.
- Hand a finished website to a client. The client may use, change and host that website. The licence to make new websites with the kit stays with you.
What you may not do
- Sell, share, give away, sublicense or otherwise distribute the kit itself, in whole or in substantial part, changed or not.
- Offer the kit, or a substantial part of it, as a template, theme, starter, UI kit or similar product that lets other people make their own websites.
- Claim that you created the kit.
Refunds
You get a full refund if you ask within 30 days of purchase. Ask through Gumroad.
Support
Support is the documentation included in the kit (README.md, CUSTOMISING.md, AGENTS.md, FAQ.md). There is no personal support.
Ownership
The seller keeps the copyright in the kit. You own your own content and your changes.
No warranty
The kit is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the seller is not liable for any damage that results from using it.
If you break these terms
If you break the "What you may not do" terms, your licence ends. Websites you published before that may stay online.
